Disco Tropics has been honored with the award for “Best International Projection” at the Nit del Turisme, organized by the Lloret de Mar City Council.
The awards ceremony, which took place at the Teatre de Lloret, brought together representatives from the tourism industry, local government officials, and distinguished personalities. This recognition, according to the City Council itself, serves to highlight the commitment and dedication of Disco Tropics in promoting Lloret de Mar as an internationally renowned tourist destination.
“This award is for my team because without their effort, perseverance, and, above all, their demand for excellence, Disco Tropics would not be one of the top 100 nightclubs in the world according to the International Night Life Association. As you know, a few weeks ago, we suffered a serious fire in the venue known to all as Moby’s. But thanks to everyone’s effort, in just a few months, we will be able to recover this space, and I want to take this opportunity tonight to invite you all to see the result on the day we reopen“, commented Teddy Law, CEO of Law Holding, the group to which Disco Tropics belongs, during his speech.
The Nit del Turisme jury wanted to emphasize that Disco Tropics has been a reference point in the nightlife of Lloret de Mar for decades and has attracted visitors from all over the world. Its ability to offer high-quality entertainment and its commitment to promoting tourism in the municipality have been crucial in consolidating Lloret de Mar as one of the most important tourist destinations in Europe.
